Reservation and details

Down payment : Booking confirmed upon receiption of 30% down payment.

Security deposit :Payable with the remainder of the rental amount upon arrival. (This covers any damage to the apartment as well as furniture, appliances and accessories. The deposit is refunded shortly after checkout unless there is a claim.)

Cancellation : Receive a 100% refund of deposit if you notify 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival. Receive a 50% refund of deposit if you notify 30 to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds if you notify less than 15 days.

Insurance : Guests must be covered by personal insurance against direct or indirect injuries occuring on the premises. Guests agree to hold the owner harmless against any claim.

Linen rental : Sheets: 7 euros/bed, towels: 4 euros /person

Inventory : Will be done upon arrival and on departure.

Cleaning : The apartments must be left clean or a 30€ (studio), 50€ (duplex) cleaning fee will be applied.
