Studio - Les arcades

The studio consists of a living room/bedroom which gives on to a smaller room (the kitchenette) and bathroom.
Each room has a window and door facing south and open under the arcades onto the garden.
The livingroom/bedroom has: 2 closets, a desk, a couch that opens into a double bed (140) , 2 arms chairs and a TV.
Possibility to add a crib or a child's bed.
The kitchenette has 2 burners electric range, a mini oven, fridge, dishes, kitchenware and small eating area.
The bathroom has a shower and WC.
There are 2 steps to go from the bedroom to the kitchenette, 1 step from the kitchenette to the bathroom and 1 step to get into the shower.
There is also a table with 2 chairs on the terrace under the arcades.
